Quoting from an article in the Terrell Tribune:

"Maines Paper & Food Service Inc., a New York-based foodservice distributor, broke ground Friday on a distribution center in Terrell that will employ 100 initially and up to 400 when fully operational. The regional distribution center, located off Airport Road, will serve nearly 200 restaurant clients in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri and Oklahoma."

 

Maines' decision to locate in Terrell was the result of a lot of work by many but the bottom line is that they came here with "fresh eyes" and saw what a great place Terrell is.
