Q. - Do you think that Terrell will get a Super Target or a Target? I think it will help Terrell.

Answer - Thanks for your inquiry.

 

There are two large properties in Terrell that are being considered for a large regional retail development. They are on both sides of Highway 148 between Spur 557 and I-20.

 

Both are in the hands of developers with a history of successfully doing large retail development in the Dallas Metroplex.

 

The City of Terrell is actively involved since there will be much infrastructure (highways, water, waste water, drainage, etc) to be built.

 

Until the developers sign contracts with the major retailers, we will not know for sure who they will be. Watch closely over the coming weeks for possible announcements.

 

There are some exciting days ahead.
