Home Needs Survey
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ HOME Investment
Partnerships Program (HOME) is a federal program that provides funds for:
1) homeowners to rehabilitate and/or reconstruct their homes, or 2) first
time homebuyers for down payment and closing cost. The survey is designed
to determine the needs of individuals potentially interested in participating
in this program. If your community receives HOME federal funds, you may
be asked to submit an application in the near future. You must qualify
and be program eligible to participate.
