REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 5, 2002

A regular meeting of the Terrell City Council was held on Tuesday, September 5, 2002 in the City Council Chambers at 2:00 P.M. with the following members present:

COUNCILMEMBER #2 TOMMY SPENCER
COUNCILMEMBER #3 DEBRA KELLEY
COUNCILMEMBER #4 FLOYD TRAMMELL
COUNCILMEMBER #5 RICK CARMONA
1. Call to order.
Mayor Frances Anderson called the meeting to order.
2. Discuss and Consider Terrell Police Department Policy Manual.
Torry L. Edwards, Assistant City Manager and Jeff Whitt, Chief of Police presented to Council for discussion and consideration Terrell Police Department Policy Manual.
3. Discuss and Consider Approval of Request for Funds Submitted by the House of Faith.
4. Discuss and Consider Street Maintenance and Allocation of Certificates of Obligation 2002 Funds.
5. Adjourn.
There were no other matters discussed or acted on at this meeting. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
