SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AND WORKSHOP
JULY 17, 2003

A Special Meeting and Workshop of the Terrell City Council was held on Thursday, July 17, 2003 in the City Council Chambers at 5:30 P.M. with the following members present:
COUNCILMEMBER #1 FRANCES ANDERSON
COUNCILMEMBER #2 TOMMY SPENCER
COUNCILMEMBER #3 DEBRA KELLEY
COUNCILMEMBER #4 FLOYD TRAMMELL
COUNCILMEMBER #5 ABSENT
1. Call to order.
Mayor Frances Anderson called the meeting to order.
2. Discuss FY 2003-2004 Budget
City Manager Gordon Pierce and John Rounsavall, City Secretary/Finance Director presented to Council for discussion the FY 2003-2004 Budget. Council by consensus agreed to add $12,000.00 to Municipal Building Account No. 010-16-4322. The City Manager is to contact Robert McCord for an estimate on the rest of the windows that need repair. Council by consensus agreed to remove $25,000.00 for condition survey pending explanation of how the funds will be used.
3. Discuss and Consider Date and Time for FY 2003-2004 Budget Public Hearing
A draft budget is to be presented on August 5, 2003. The first reading of the budget ordinance will be on August 19, 2003 and adoption of the ordinance will be placed on the September 2, 2003 Regular City Council Meeting.
4. Adjourn.
There were no other matters discussed or acted on at this meeting. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
