A Joint Workshop and Special Meeting of the Terrell City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission was held on Thursday, February 19, 2004 in the City Council Chambers at 6:00 P.M. with the following members present:

1. Call to order.
Mayor Frances Anderson called the meeting to order.
2. Discuss Subdivision Ordinance.
Dan Sefko presented to Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission for discussion the Subdivision Ordinance. There was no action taken on this item.
3. Adjourn.
There were no other matters discussed or acted on at this meeting. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
