A Special Meeting and Workshop of the Terrell City Council was held on Tuesday, March 2, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers with the following members present:

1. Call to order.
Mayor Frances Anderson called the meeting to order.
2. Discuss Impact Fees and Draft Ordinance.
Dan Sefko representing Dunkin, Sefko & Associates and representatives of Freese & Nichols presented to Council for discussion Impact Fees and Draft Ordinance. There was no action taken on this item.
3. Adjourn.
There were no other matters discussed or acted on at this meeting. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
