SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

JANUARY 30, 1997

1.0 ANNOUNCEMENTS & PUBLIC HEARINGS

A special meeting of the City council was held January 30, 1997, at 6:00 p.m. with the following members present:

COUNCILMEMBER #1 DON L. LINDSEY
COUNCILMEMBER #2 TOMMY SPENCER
COUNCILMEMBER #3 FRANCES ANDERSON
COUNCILMEMBER #4 JACK JONES
COUNCILMEMBER #5 ROBERT MESSER

1.1 INVOCATION

Mayor Don L. Lindsey called the meeting to order and no opening prayer was given.

5.0 OLD BUSINESS

5.1 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF REPLAT OF LOT 3, BLOCK B, METRO EAST ADDITION OF CITY OF TERRELL

Stan Ballard suggested that the City Council include Lot 6 along with the approval of the replat even though it was not included on the agenda. A motion was made by Councilmember Tommy Spencer and seconded by Mayor ProTem Robert Messer to approve the replat of Lots 3 and 6, Block B, Metro East Addition of City of Terrell. Ayes all; Nayes none. Motion carried.

9.0 HEAR REMARKS FROM VISITORS

None

10.0 ADJOURNMENT

There was no other matter discussed or acted on at this meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
