SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

MAY 21, 2001

5:30 P.M.

A special meeting of the Terrell City Council was held on Monday, May 21, 2001 in the Council Chambers at 201 East Nash Street, Terrell, Texas with the following members present:

COUNCILMEMBER #1 HENRY C. MADGWICK, SR.
COUNCILMEMBER #2 ABSENT
COUNCILMEMBER #3 FRANCES ANDERSON
COUNCILMEMBER #4 LEE SCHAEFFER
COUNCILMEMBER #5 RICK CARMONA

1. CALL TO ORDER.

Mayor Henry C. Madgwick, Sr. called the meeting to order.

2. ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH COMMITTEE OF PETITIONERS FOR TERRELL POLICE OFFICERS AND CONSIDER ACTION.

Mayor Henry Madgwick presented 85% Market Plan to the Committee of Petitioners. No action was taken on this item.

3. SET NEXT MEETING DATE, TIME AND LOCATION, IF NECESSARY.

Next meeting date set for May 31, 2001 at 6:00 P.M. at Terrell City Hall.

4. ADJOURN

There were no other matters discussed or acted on at this meeting. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
