Suspect is passing checks on his closed checking account, drawn on Woodforest Bank. He has a Wills Point address on the checks. His driver's License states he lives on Reese Rd. in Kaufman. He was seen driving a maroon color 1994 Chevy 1500 Pick up. NO LP (confirm warrant before arresting)

This subject is waiting trial on a felony charge of theft with the case filed in Terrell. He is well known to the Kaufman District attorney's office. He opens a checking account using a social security number (three known to use) and orders checks. He has been filed on numerous times for hot checks and account closed checks (theft). He has arrests for Theft, Assault, Forgery, Criminal Mischief, and Resisting Arrest.

If you think this suspect has passed a counterfeit check, notify police. Do not try to hold the suspect.
