Arrested in Ft. Worth Texas for tampering with a government document, Fail to ID fugitive, forgery. This suspect uses an address in VanZandt County in “Rolling Oaks”.

He has sixteen arrests. He has warrants out of Terrell Police relevant to an ID theft of another person. He is currently in Tarrant County Jail and has warrants out of Dallas County.

Ben Millican has been indicted by Federal Grand Jury and is now in Federal Custody awaiting sentencing.
