Known Offenders - Shoplifting

 

Jack Adam Taylor W/M  Age:36  Balch Springs, TX

Russell Morris Tuttle W/M Age: 45    Balch Springs, TX

Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle parked behind Home Depot.  R/Os contacted Mr. Tuttle parked behind business in a silver Ford Taurus (TX 153-JTG). 

While speaking with Tuttle, Mr. Taylor ran out the rear fire exit door with a Makita Cordless drill in hand, causing the fire alarm door to sound. Taylor was pleasantly surprised by officers and tried to run back inside, but was subsequently arrested. 

Tuttle has extensive pawn history showing similar offenses may have taken place in other cities.  Items pawned include Rigid drill, Makita drill, Ryobi chainsaw, Milwaukee sawzall, and others.
