Known Offender

David Bernard Wilcots

This subject was arrested at Wal-Mart Terrell for shoplifting. David is a known offender and considered a quick change artist. He is known to con a cashier out of cash by getting the cashier to give change from a small purchase, and keeps changing the denominations of the bills handed to the clerk.

He shoplifts to maintain his drug habit when he can. He says he does not work a regular job.
