The Friends of the Riter C. Hulsey Public Library is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which promotes the interests and welfare of the library as a cultural and educational asset.
The Friends group provides an extension of library resources, services, and facilities through advocacy and community building. General members, and those on the board advocate for the library throughout Terrell and the surrounding area helping to raise funds which support, enhance, and expand public library services.
Become a Friend!
Become a Friend and support the library by making monetary donations or volunteering your time for projects or events. Membership dues supply the extra funds the library needs to maintain the level of superior service that our patrons have come to expect. You will also be supporting quality library programming such as adult education and the Summer Reading Challenge program.
