The Secretary’s office provides records management services for the City of Terrell, organizing and storing documents pertaining to all aspects of municipal government.
Posting of public meetings and legal advertising is handled through the City Secretary’s office. The office is an open information resource for the public. Requests for information on local ordinances, the city budget, department operations, City Council meetings, and other municipal operations can be made during regular office hours.
