Salary:

  • Salary ranges are designed to be competitive with area industries and municipalities

Social Security:

  • Participating agency; one to one match

Retirement System:

  • Texas Municipal Retirement System: Employee contributes 7% biweekly: City matches 2:1

Longevity Pay:

  • $4.00 per year after 1st year of employment

Vacation:

  • 6.67 hours per month

Sick:

  • 8 hours per month

Holidays:

  • 11 paid days per year

Emergency Leave:

  • 3 days per year

Insurance:

  • Health, Dental, Life, Long Term Disability paid by City for employee
