Rules for Non-Payments over the Internet

Juveniles: If you are between the ages of 10-16, you may not pay your citation over the internet. You must appear in court with your parent or guardian on the date set for your appearance in the letter you received or will receive from the municipal court clerk’s office.

Warrants: If your violation has been placed into warrant, you may pay it at the City of Terrell Municipal Court, 201 E. Nash St, or contact them at (972) 551-6600, or you may pay your warrant over the Internet on this page.

Warrants paid online will not be processed until the next Business Day, you are at risk of arrest until your payment is processed.

If you can’t pay for your citation all at once, you can appear personally to set up a payment schedule at the Court’s discretion.

Failure to make a plea for each violation shown on your ticket will result in a warrant being issued for your arrest. In addition, a hold could be put on your driver’s license and a 30% fee added to the citation.
