Citizens Convenience Station
The Terrell Citizens Convenience Station accepts regular residential, household trash, and brush, NO commercial dumping allowed
Residents are allowed two annual disposals at no charge but must obtain their free permit from the Utilities department prior to disposal.
Residents living within the city limits of Terrell, may purchase a permit at the Utility window at City Hall: 201 E. Nash St. | Terrell, TX | Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. If you have any questions, please call the City of Terrell Service Center at 972-551-6614.
- Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. – noon

All Vehicles and Trailers must be tarped and Bulky Items require a permit (charges are based on the size of the load).
Residents living outside the city limits of Terrell can take items to Black Jack Disposal’s Terrell Station, located at 287 FM 429, Terrell, Texas. Brush and other debris are fee based but recyclables are free.
Items Accepted at Terrell Citizens Convenience Station:
Brush (one 16 ft. trailer load per month per resident)
Cardboard (residential only, no commercial)
Furniture-couches, chairs, tables
Minor home remodeling materials (by owner)
Swing sets (must be broken down)
